"I am still waiting on refund for my payment AND overpayment on my homeowners insurance since August 2025. Technically the homeowners is since June and I have not received refund. In fact we have received “bills” from your office after we moved branch locations. Never a direct phone call from Zach to clarify or remedy the situation. So glad I moved branch offices with a more personal touch. Yet still waiting on my refunds from this Zach A State Farm Branch. ."
